Our Tarnish Free Guarantee

At Pretty Things Collective, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. All of our jewellery is made from premium stainless steel and is guaranteed to be tarnish free with everyday wear.

If your piece tarnishes under normal wearing conditions, we'll make it right — simply contact us within 90 days of your purchase date and we'll offer you a replacement or store credit.

Please note that our guarantee does not cover damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, prolonged submersion in water, or physical damage.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or not as described. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
