What We Guarantee

All of our jewellery is crafted from premium stainless steel and is guaranteed to remain tarnish free with everyday wear. We believe you should be able to wear your pieces daily — to work, to dinner, to the gym — without worrying about your jewellery losing its brilliance.

Our 90-Day Promise

If any piece from Pretty Things Collective tarnishes under normal wearing conditions within 90 days of your purchase, we'll make it right. Simply reach out to us and we'll offer you a replacement or store credit — no fuss, no hassle.

What's Not Covered

Our guarantee covers tarnishing from everyday wear. It does not cover:

Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g. bleach, perfume, cleaning products)
Prolonged submersion in water (e.g. swimming, showering regularly while wearing jewellery)
Physical damage such as scratches, bending, or breakage
